A teacher and entrepreneur at heart, Josh's work has taken him through a variety industries and markets, across international borders, and into a wide array of organizational contexts. His experience ranges from the world of multi-billion dollar big business, to small family-owned operations, to educational institutions and non-profit organizations, to -- of course -- his own entrepreneurial ventures.
His passion for equipping and empowering leaders to achieve their dreams led him to establish The Optimum Entrepreneur in 2010. The organization serves it's clientelle by producing a wide variety of entrepreneurial leadership development and enterprise growth materials and services, as well as through private consultation and advisement.
Drawing from a uniquely synthesized, eclectic expertise (which even includes a M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology) Josh has grown to become a sought after consultant, coach, author, and speaker. His specialized focus is upon the application of "rapid growth dynamics."
